• Employees are divided into teams and choosing blind the pictures of famous artists. It could be picture of group or single characters.
• Main task is to approach the process in a creative way and make parody of famous picture.

Goals:

• To improve communication between employees
• To develop skill – work together and creating a consensus
• To release creative capacities
• Self-organized distribution of roles and tasks within the team
